On the anniversary of this battle, Haradinaj along with the family of the martyrs and fellow warriors paid their respects to honor those who fell into this confrontation with enemy forces: Muhamet Ukshini, Shkelzen Syla, Blerim Ukshini, Ahmet Pulatin, noble Salihu, Nezir Elezaj, Ymer Bytyqi, Arben Ukshi and Sylejmon Abdelini.
Their <x0nd grade was a serious blow to the course of war, but it was also inspired for thousands of young people who joined the ranks of the Kosovo Liberation Army, further bringing the holy ideal of freedom”, Haradinaj wrote.
On this anniversary, the memory of witness Agim Mazreqi was also honoured, whom Haradinaj described as a staunch and ready fighter for any battle.
The resounding of Agim will be remembered among generations,” he stressed, adding that the homazhes were made in Voksh of Decani, near the Lapidari of witness Dzevat Nitaj.
