Haradinaj disappointed with the Constitution: Its decision, in line with Kurt's approach to coup

AAK Chairman and MP Ramush Haradinaj has said he feels disappointed with the Constitutional Court's decision on the 26 June for the assembly's institution.

Haradinaj said the Constitutional decision is in line with that of VV chairman Albin Kurti, and as he put it, the 30-day deadline for the assembly's constitutionalisation does not close the situation in which the country is located.

I'm pretty much disappointed with the Constitutional Court. I'll show you two elements why: The Constitutional Court has no substance every day, there are subjects only when sending it to a party. It's not like the common courts that have a thousand subjects, and when one goes to it, it's going to have to wait when it comes to sequence”.

The Constitutional Court is the institution that makes custody not only of the Constitution but also of constitutional order and has the right to interpret the Constitution, is responsible for institutional security, national security. That its decisions affect every element of our life”, Haradinaj said in Rubikon.

The AAK head said the Constitution has been able to deal with the subject with the most urgent, even according to him, this he could do within two weeks.

I'm first surprised he's received 60 days of answers to a subject that's beautiful with urgency in the country. Because they didn't have 10 other subjects and they weren't, this subject could be treated for a two-week period and we had won Kosovo another six weeks. The other is that they do not live on another planet, but in Kosovo, they are seeing where the problems of this country are. He then reacted sharply to the Constitutional judges, as according to him the decision they have made suits Kurti's approach, as he said to keep a coup in Kosovo.

“I think that judges have had a golden opportunity to help their country, to interpret the existing institutional situation on the basis of the Constitution that they have the right to give the country perspective. True, they've given a 30-day deadline, but they haven't closed this situation so they've left it unclear”.

That being the case, I am afraid that even this decision is more or less about Kurt's approach to carrying a coup in Kosovo. This decision has not been clear as to obstruct a coup going on in Kosovo”, Haradinaj said further. /Periscopi/
