Orav and Guerot's responses to the X came after those in office following Tuesday's decision by the Supreme Court on fiscal cases.
Guerot distributed Orav's post to X, which said: ““EU Mission Chiefs discussed the situation after the Supreme Court ruling. Attacks against individual judges and political interference in the judiciary are unacceptable”.
On this text, Guerot wrote: “The important message given by the EU after discussing the issue. Full support”
The Supreme Court the previous day has abolished the administrative directive signed by incumbent Finance Minister Iron Murati, on which sales and subscriptions were suspended for 60 days.
The administrative guidance, signed by the incumbent Finance Minister on April 15th of this year, has been declared illegal.
