Gruda, via mail to his account in “Facebook” has stated that the interpretation of the Murat is wrong and contrary to the Constitution and the verdict of the Court.
This interpretation of judgment is completely incorrect for reasons... There is a fundamental difference between the start of the mandate and full exercise of the function. Right now, MPs are exercising only part of their functions because the Assembly has not yet been constitutionalised, but they are deputies, because otherwise they would not have even been able to enter the Assembly Hall...Deputet Murati confuse concepts like:
The beginning of the term,
Partial exercise of functions, and
The full exercise of parliamentary functions.
This confusion leads to a wrong interpretation of the Constitution and the Constitutional Court's act of judgment.” has written Gruda.
