Gruda said they want the prime minister and ministers to clear their positions, and stop attacks on the judiciary.
“Day, Supreme Court of the Republic of Kosovo declared Administrative Guide illegal. 012025 for fiscal electronics. This decision was based on the Law on Government, which prohibits the exercise of dual functions on the part of ministers who are also deputies. In this case, Finance Minister Hekuran Murati cannot exercise both the MP and the minister's post simultaneously. This decision is not for only one individual, but for all ministers and Prime Minister Kurti himself, who are currently deputies in the Kosovo Assembly. The court has sealed a truth that we've highlighted since day one: holding double functions is illegal and unconstitutional. This is also why we have rejected the report on the verification of deputies”, he stressed.
