AAK Deputy Chairman Ardian Gjini has expressed deep concern for the current political and institutional situation in Kosovo, labeling it a process of dismantling the state.
At Debat Plus, Djindin said the country's legal and constitutional order is being seriously attacked, stressing that even the prime minister in office is refusing to respond to the prosecution, which, according to him, would have serious consequences in the future.
“Should have been seriously concerned, we're in a process of dismantling the state. These things are happening to dismantle Kosovo... . We are in the process of undermining constitutional and legal order, as never before challenged. He's about to go into a brutal attack. I can't go on like this much longer. First for legal order. You know the prime minister is refusing to answer the prosecution. Believe that as much as this looks like a passer I'm guaranteeing there's had to be an effect of”, he said.
He warned that disrespecting the law by the prime minister is turning powers into dictatorships and cannot continue this situation any longer.
There's a situation that would be too difficult for us. The second question is that Kosovo's Constitution is being completely ignored. There's no feeling we should be more careful in what we have a foundational act of”, he stressed.
A prime minister who does not respond to the law is very low”, he stressed./Periscopi/
