The German Embassy said this is a very important moment for Kosovo justice and for judicial innovation in Kosovo.
“For the first time, a video testimony has been accepted as evidence in a Kosovo trial”, the embassy announced, adding that this procedural progress has enabled survivors in Germany to testify from distance in pursuit of justice.
