We remember that the Judicial Chamber in the case “Thaci and others” have set the date of July 16th 2025 to publicise their decision regarding the joint motion of defence teams to bring down certain parts of the Act for War Crimes and Crimes Against Humanity.
The defence had handed over this motion on June 12th, meanwhile, the response of the Specialised Prosecutor's Office has gone to the Court's address on July 7th.
The hearing for the most important decision after the completion of the prosecution's presentation of evidence and witnesses will begin at 9: 00 a.m. and is expected to continue with the process during the day, the expert witness hearings of the Victims Protection Office respectively. /Periscope/
