As MPs enter the Assembly Hall, the images see foreign ambassadors such as Germany's Jorn Rohde, French Ambassador Oliver Guerrots, and Britain's Jonathan Hargreaves have arrived.
Even charged at the US Embassy in Pristina, Annu Prattipati and EU representatives have arrived at the Kosovo Assembly.
