The Democratic League of Kosovo has indicated that today it will hand over to the Special Prosecutor the Supreme Court's decision yesterday on the issue of fiscal cases.

The Supreme Court has abolished the administrative directive signed by incumbent Finance Minister Iron Murati, on which sales and subscriptions of fiscal cases were suspended for 60 days.
The administrative guidance, signed by the incumbent Finance Minister on April 15th of this year, has been declared illegal.
