Family lawyer: The video will be used as a material test. Five people on the back of someone who needs help.

On the “Pressing” show of T7, on Tuesday the video showing the actions of the Kosovo Police towards the late Agon Zejnullahu, actions allegedly led to the death of the 27-year-old.

Family lawyer Zejnullahu, Asdren Hoxha, has said this video will serve as material proof.

He has said he does not believe that there is any judicial instance that can interpret this evidence differently than as murder by carelessness.

In this case, Hoxha said carelessness is conscious.

There is nothing cleaner and clear that testifies to the cauzal connection between action and the effect caused. I don't see any judicial instance that can otherwise interpret this action by police officials who consume the elements of the criminal act by carelessness”, he said./Periscopi/
