The EC exposes Dachchiqi: Kosovo, Serbia, knowingly and voluntarily sign Brussels Agreement

The European Commission stated that Serbia and Kosovo signed the Brussels Agreement “consciously and with their free will”. So said N1 from the EC, commenting on the statement by Serbia's Interior Minister Ivica Dacic, who was signatory to this document, that the international community deceived Serbia when the [...] agreement was signed.
The EU still expects both sides to implement what they promised, adding that this will have a positive impact on Serbia's European integration.
“Both Kosovo and Serbia entered the agreement fully knowingly and with their own free will. These agreements remain in effect. The EU expects both sides to contribute to a favourable atmosphere for reconciliation and normalisation with their statements and actions”, Kankosova broadcasts from Brussels for N1.tv.
Although there are no meetings at the highest level, the European Commission insists the dialogue has not been interrupted and remembers that technical negotiators met in June.
N1 adds, however, they did not mention that the “meeting did not lead to any results, as did most official meetings within the Pristina-Belgrade dialogue, as well as unofficial ones held in the margins of various international gatherings”.
Both Pristina and Belgrade blamed the EC for the slowness of dialogue.
“The EU is ready to host the next round of talks once the parties show readiness, including at the highest level of”, the European Commission stressed.
