In a Facebook post, Murati said the court ruling is a serious obstacle to modernising the fiscal system and to the process of digitising the Kosovo economy.
Murati has singled out this decision as a serious obstacle to the digitalisation of the economy and as a favour for the outdated model and monopoly of fiscal crates that, according to him, has caused high costs for businesses for more than a decade.
This absurd decision of the Supreme Court means a disruption to the digitalisation process, and a continuation of the theft of businesses through energy costs for old fiscal crates.
As a result of this decision, businesses will continue to have annual costs of over 5m euros annually. ” has declared Murati.
