Evidence specialist from Serbia, Maliqi: This is extremely offensive, scandalous.

Maliqi has said he is curious to know how the Special Court has accepted evidence of documents produced by a Serbian state device that Yugoslavia's International Justice Tribunal has named “Joint Criminal Enterprise”.
Maliqi has said that the head of ethnic cleansing could be a creditable witness against his opponents.
“I'm curious about how and why the Specialised Chambers accept as acceptable evidence documents produced by a state camera defined by the ICTY as a Joint Criminal Company. The head of ethnic cleansing cannot be a credible witness against his opponents”, Maliqi has written.
Former Foreign Minister Petrit Selimi has reacted to the same issue. He has written that this is scandalous and that Serbia may not be a reliable source of any evidence.
