Part of the evidence administered in Fushe Kosovo's murder case

This Friday at the Constitutional Court in Pristina has become the administration of material evidence in the case of the murder of a knife in Fushe Kosovo.

In this case, Father and Musliu and Labinot Bajrami are accused of being deprived of life A.H., with whom they are charged with committing criminal work “Vrasje” in co-ordination, while Musliu is also charged with illegal weapons, reports “A Vow for Justice“, broadcast Periscope.

The case prosecutor, Armend Hamiti, said the evidence administered in this trial would prove that the accused committed the criminal acts they are charged with.

On the other hand, he said that from the phone analysis, there has been communication between the accused before and after the victim's murder.

“From a video recording of security cameras is seen where the incident is originally physically attacked by victims who try to escape the conflict and are later seen how the accused goes towards the blind and where the body of the victim is found and how the accused escapes from the scene of the”, the prosecutor Hamit said.

On the other hand, the prosecutor said that all these trials in a convincing and unassuming manner prove the primary elements of the criminal act and that the accused committed criminal acts as described in the device of the indictment.

Thus, the procedure, which was sentenced to 22 years in prison on October 2, 2023, was set aside against accused Musliu. This act had also been confirmed by the Court of Appeals through the justice of February 6, 2024.

While, the Supreme Court through the indictment of May 27th, 2024 has annulled the Constitutional Court Act in Pristina and that of the Court of Appeals for the accused, Father and Musliu, turning the case into retrial.

At the June 20th 2024 session, it was proposed to join the criminal procedure against the two indictees.

So, then, the chairman of the court, Judge Gent Beka, had announced that in this criminal case, the union of criminal procedure against defendants Father and Musliu has been continuing the special procedure. Thus, against the two defendants, Labinot Bajrami and Attliu the procedure continues as one.

According to the indictment filed on August 9th 2023, accused At and Musliu and Labinos Bajrami on February 12th 2023, on the “Pjetre Budi” in Fush-Kosovo, due to the immediate disputes, the accused Bajramius first attacked and struck with fists and kicks, and with hard items damaged by the A.H., who try to flee from the attack, but accused Father and Labinos follow him again with fists and sharpest hits, after being targeted by the most intentional life of the injured, Mussu has now been affected by the left-hand side of life.

With this, they are charged that in co-ordination of accused Musliu and Bajrami have committed criminal work “murder” by Article 172 concerning KPRK's Article 31.

According to the second device of the same indictment, the accused Musliu with the date, time and place the same as in the first device, has been found that without authorization and contrary to the applicable gun law, he held the knife, where he was confiscated with evidence of the temporary seizure of items.
