Despite the launch of talks between Albin Kurti's Vetevendosje Movement and Fatmir Limaj's NISMA, current calculations show that only 60 votes are reached, 1 less of the minimum needed to elect the speaker of the assembly.
One of the keys to this blockade is Bosnian MP Duda Balje, who continues to take a firm stand, does not support Kurti and does not want political office.
In an interview for Indesksonline, Balje stresses that she has received offers from Fatmir Limaj, but that she will not move from her decision. She points out that she does not trust Albin Kurti and that cooperation between them is impossible.
We talked to Fatmir, but to Vetevendosje not. I'm a person who doesn't move with the decision. He's understood my reasoning”
- Not a cure. (Fatmir Limaj v.j. ) He said, "It's possible to talk, do you want a position, miss? I mean, you know, I'm a man of position. ”
I can't cooperate with Albin Kurt because I don't trust you to work with someone who doesn't trust me. ”
There has been a personal struggle against me for the first time in history that has launched a personal battle against an MP”.
The MP also cites a statement by LVV MP Arber Rexhaj, who, according to her, has said publicly that “in the Security Council is talking about the Duda”. She considers this to be a big concern and asks. Do you know what the Security Council is? Since an MP then information from there?
Balje stresses that for him, the municipality for the Bosniak community is the main requirement, not the posts or personal benefits. /Periscopi/
