According to the Constitutional Prosecutor in Gjakova, there is doubt that during the 1920s, the defendants have allowed illegal public property concessions in favour of several third parties, damaging the property of the Gjakova and KBI municipality.
Former director of Urbanism, A.B. and Urban Sector Leader E.B. They have allegedly issued illegal consents for non-receiving, while former director of Cadastra, A.L. and lawyer A.K. They allegedly exceeded legal competencies by registering properties in the name of third persons contrary to the law on cadastre and property rights.
The prosecution had sought detention for the suspects, but the trial of the preliminary procedure, Sultan Dobraj, praised that the house arrest measure is enough for this phase of the investigation.
The defendants will remain in house arrest until August 23rd. /Periscopi/
