Djurd: Osman is manipulating Trump's words to get attention in Washington

Serbia's Foreign Affairs Minister Marko Djurovic said Kosovo President is <x0manipulon” after US President Vjosa Osmani said she could confirm that Donald Trump has recently halted a Serbia attack on Kosovo.
