Illegal extraction and abolition of certain Administrative Guide provisions (MBPZHR) No.04/2025, for Agricultural Directing
Supreme Court College, in judicial case in administrative conflict under indictment: “Stonecastle Vineyards & Winery” Shp.k, which the Bar Association “Vokshi & Lata” is representing under authorisation, with lawyers Florin Lata and Urim Vokshi, the most prominent in Pristina: The Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Rural Development (MBPZHR), headquartered in Pristina, which is represented by Nadir Shyqeriu, lawyer from the Justice Ministry: abolishing the norm sublegal act, Administrator Guide (MBPZHR) No.04/2025, for Agricultural Direct Payers for 2025, in the public trial, held in the presence of the parties, on the 1407.2025 date, has approved the basic suit of prosecution: “Stonecastle Vineyards & Winery” submitted against unknown: The Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Rural Development (MBPZHR), headquartered in Pristina.
Through the P.A.n.08/2025 act has been declared illegal and Article 21 paragraph 2 under paragraphs 2.1 and 2.2, of Administrative Guide (MBPZHR) No.04/2025, for Agricultural Directation 2025.
