As for the visit to Bosnia and Herzegovina, Hanrahan has mentioned Dayton the agreement that has ended the war in Bosnia in 1995, and the importance of the anniversary, which seems to be reference to Srebrenica.

The Srebrenica massacre has been named the worst in Europe since World War II and is known as genocide.
In May of last year, the United Nations has adopted a resolution that recognises July 11th as the International Day of the Genocide Memorial in Srebrenica.
So far, over 6,650 victims of genocide have been buried at the Potocari Memorial Centre.
More than 1,000 missing persons are still searching.
Various courts have so far convicted more than 50 people, with more than 700 years in prison, of genocide and other crimes in Srebrenica.
Former Bosnian Serb leader Radovan Karadzic is sentenced to life in prison, as is former Bosnian military leader Ratko Mladic.
