“You may be denied visa” U.S. Embassy in Tirana with appeals to women on birth

The US Embassy in Tirana has appealed to Albanian citizens not to exploit the US tourist visa to be born there.

That's because the visa can be rejected.

“Using tourist visa to travel primarily with the goal of being born in the United States and to ensure citizenship for your child is not allowed and can lead to a rejection of the” visa.

The US consular apps for tourist visas will refuse if they believe the main purpose of the trip is to give birth to your child in the United States to gain American citizenship. This is forbidden”, the American Embassy in Tirana has stressed. /Periscopi/
