The non-compliance of the Parliament, in addition to the fact that it has left several municipalities without budget, has completely blocked the appointment process in independent institutions. Lack of action by the past legislature and the government's withdrawal delays have left:

The Constitutional Court without Judges,

Independent Commission for Unfunctional Media,

Ombudsman without deputy,

Hundreds of empty positions on boards, agencies and decision-making commissions.

The consequences are serious: institutional dysfunction, lack of accountability and violation of rule of law.
