Deday: VV is destructive to the state, this regime must leave Kosovo's rule

Gjergj Deday, former Kosovo ambassador to northern Macedonia, says the Vetevendosje Movement has already been proven as a subject of unconstitutional and violation of the law. Dedaj says that according to him, LVV is the devastating of Kosovo's institutions and state, which is aiming to impose on the law and on the state with their popular policies.
“The LVV has already proved to be subject to unconstitutional and violation of the law, of the fragility and destruction of Kosovo institutions and state. They are aiming to place themselves above the law and over the state with their populist policies and dictatorial symptoms”, he said.
Among other things, he adds, it is expected that LVV will attack the Supreme Court and any justice institutions, as they according to him have repeatedly violated the Kosovo Constitution.
“Albin Kurti's LVV has not only violated the Constitution of Kosovo dozens of times and does not respond to even the Prosecution and Court invitations, it is expected to ignore and attack the Supreme Judge of Kosovo and any justice institution. This is frightening and disturbing for all of us and the Republic of Kosovo itself”, he stressed further.
It also points out that all legal violations, institutional blockades, isolation, and Kosovo's dismissal are the best indication that Kurti must leave the governing and Kosovo rule.
“Legal violations, usurping state assets, allowing government corruption, blockades and sabotaging state institutions' creation, undermining image and Euro-Atlantic partnership, isolation and the removal of Kosovo, high degree of poverty and crime are the best indication that this regime should leave the governing and the rule of Kosovo”, he said.
On the other hand, Dedaj has sharply criticised LVV deputies, calling them servile, rude and uneducated, where they do not understand what the rule of law and democratic is.
“Deputations of so-called numbers of Albin Kurti, named as servile, uneducated and educated, do not understand what the legal and democratic state is, what the constitution, court and law is, because few are credited with the bloody history of Kosovo's making state!”, Dedaj concluded for Blic newspaper.
