The Leposaviqi municipality at the request of the Ministry of Internal Affairs had decided to destroy these homes because they believe they are construction without permission.
But this decision was not implemented temporarily with the intervention of Minister for Communities and Postal Return Nenad Rassic, paving the way for dialogue and seeking a solution.
Lesak's inhabitants are considering being violated by their rights.
After presenting their complaints, lawyer Celaj said there is a law on objects without permission during the meeting, and that each municipality is obliged to have a registry for these items, reports the KP, broadcast Periscope.
According to him, before decisions of destruction are made, it must be verified whether these objects pose risklessness and give residents access to legalisation.
Besides, Celay said this problem is not inconsistent.
Meanwhile, after meeting with residents, Celaj before the media stressed that residents have raised concern that the procedure until making the decision on collapse has developed without transparency, without adequate information, and that they have not been consulted or given the opportunity to seek legalisation or an alternative, not to remain on the road.
He indicated that he has told residents that in any step public authorities will take, they will be required to guarantee their rights.
The cell showed that it was about 12 houses, until it claimed there was a special law on objects without permission, to which it should be referred.
These 12 houses in the village of Leshak of the Leposaviqi municipality will not be destroyed at least until a solution is established for families living there.
In the Leshak area these houses were built between 2013 and 2015, while near them the MPB recently built a police station.
Constructions were held without being hampered by local authorities until residents claimed they had received a favor from local authorities at the time for these constructions. /Periscope/
