Following the return of the case in the re-establishment by the Court of Appeals over the detention move against the five police officials suspected of “the failure of 27-year-old Agon Zamenullah”, as he was being arrested, the Constitutional Court has again made a decision to appoint the detention measure of suspects Ibrahim Nela, Albian Ratkoceri, Artydon Kondeli, Liridon Candman and Edri Beqiri.
“Cacted detention measures in length of 1 month, which the measure will be calculated from the ban date 07.07.2025 to the 06.08.2025.” reportedly in the act of the Pristina Court.
This decision has been taken by preliminary procedure judge Benita Berisha.
