The walk started from the rotation of “Lyridon” in Carrabreg at 11:00 and ended up in the center of Decani.
The event is dedicated to Sadri Shala, the father who for years has walked every day with his son Azem, who has Down syndrome. Sadriu's daily affairs have become a symbol of unconditional love and parental devotion, touching the hearts of many citizens throughout Kosovo.
Sadri Shala died on July 13th.
Its “steps were a force for someone, today are inspiration for all”, reported in the municipality's announcement.
A citizen had confessed his conversation with Azma's father after his death, asking the municipality to organize his walk in honor.
And we're going to have to do it again.
