According to her, the previous interpretation of the Constitutional Court has brought more uncertainty than clarity in the current parliamentary situation.
She stressed that voting in the Assembly is a duty and the absence of participation by the opposition constitutes violations that must be addressed.
We don't have the same reading of the Constitutional Court act, it's clear that it hasn't clarified, but it has complicated the case such an interpretation, while the third objective is also necessary to address the court in the current situation already in non-participation by opposition parties. Voting in session is a duty. We are preparing to head to the court for failing to allow opposition deputies to participate in the vote, she stressed.
