According to OEK, the Commercial Court has suspended ZRE's decision to exit the free energy market for five other companies that have exercised individual indictments against the ZRE decision.
“As we noted earlier, current legislation does not foresee group or collective indictments, so only individual indictments are being handled and accepted by the tribunal. These five companies have won their legal right through this” mechanism, it says, among other things.
Kosovo's Economic Oda calls on the ZRE to annul the decision to violent exit the free energy market so that competition, businesses, citizens and the country's economy are not damaged.
