With the date 29.07.2025, the Kosovo Commercial Court, the First Century Chambers, through Aktgition KA.nr.30125, has made a clear and binding decision, cancelling ZRE's IV verdict point No.275/24, the 05.04.24 date; completely cancelled ZRE's announcement of 12.03.2025 for free market exit, as illegal; and, in the general suspension of all those decisions until a final court ruling.
That's how lawyer Blinera Osmani announced through a Facebook post.
This means that for all the customers represented by us, the decision to get on the free market can no longer be implemented. They must return immediately to the universal market, with secure supplies and regulated tariffs, as they were before June 1st 2025x1>, the Osmani lawyer has indicated.
According to her, the decision is applicable immediately and produces direct legal effect.
Lawyer Osmani has called on ZRE and all energy market operators to respect and implement this judicial decision without delay.
“We remain committed to protecting the rights of our clients and ensuring full and impartial implementation of justice”, Osmani has declared.
