(a year ago)The Constitutional Court in Pristina has set the date for the trial hearing in the criminal case against Naim Mursel, Granit Plav and Cocallus, charged with involvement in the serious murder case of Liridona Ademi. The news has confirmed for Clankosova.tv Foundation Court spokeswoman in Pristina Mirlinda Gashi, Tranmston Periscope.
The defendants are facing grave charges of murder that shocked public opinion late last year.
According to the indictment, Naim Mursel allegedly organised the murder of his wife, while Plava and Kokalla are accused of co-operating in the conduct of the criminal work.
Meanwhile today, according to the report by the Institute of Forenzic Psychiatry, it proved that Naim Mursel is not suffering from any disorder or mental illness and capable of facing the judicial process
