Proposed for Speaker of the Parliament, Albulen Haxhiu has been declared following the failure of the 48th constitutional session.
She spoke about the Supreme Court's ruling, concerning the minister's administrative directive in office, Iron Murati, for fiscal cases.
The current minister in office is said to have no right to issue administrative instructions. But even so, Minister Murati took the oath on April 19th, the instruction was signed on April 15th.
