The Constitutional Court in Pristina has approved the prosecution's request for the detention measure for the five officers suspected of “being killed by the 27-year-old Lipjan's indiscretion”, Agon Zeinullahu.
Earlier, the hearing session for the five Kosovo Police officials suspected of “suicides from the 27-year-old Lipjan's”, Agon Zejnullahu, who today appeared before the Pristina Foundation Court, the branch in Lipjan.
Agon Zamenu died in handcuffs in the early hours of Monday on the “Haradin Bajrami” in Lipjan. Police officials, who engaged themselves in the evening, were told that they had been exiled to neutralise Agon Zamenu as he was suspected to be under the influence of alcohol, were attacking vehicles and passersby”, according to police.
A sergeant and four other police officials involved in the case were arrested Monday by the Kosovo Police Inspectorate, while the case was named as “homicides by carelessness”. /Periscopi/
