The Court of Appeal spends reduced hours due to high temperatures

This comes as a result of the Kosovo Judiciary Council's decision (Nr. 261/2025, June 27, 2025, and due to warnings from competent institutions concerning extreme temperatures expected to hit the country in the coming days.

The measure has been undertaken as part of the care for staff welfare and parties that have access to court services, as well as to ensure the institution's efficient functioning under inadequate weather conditions.

The court suggests that the reduced schedule will be constantly revised, depending on the climate conditions and assessment of the court management, in line with technical circumstances.
