After the decision to establish ex officio of the provisional measure, the Court will make a merit decision regarding the requirements set forth over the Kosovo Parliament's constitutionalised constitution”, it says in a response to Tv1 from the Constitution, broadcasts Periscope.
The Constitutional Court on Thursday had ruled for temporary measures for the constitutional session, where it had decided that if the Assembly is not constitutionalised on the deadline set within 30 days -- so until July 26th -- MPs could not take any action until August 8th.
