The Constitutional Court on Thursday had ruled for temporary measures for the constitutional session, where it had decided that if the Assembly is not constitutionalised on the deadline set within 30 days -- so until July 26th -- MPs could not take any action until August 8th.
While, as for steps after August 8th, there is uncertainty among comments MPs may receive mandate and move to extraordinary elections
