In its decision, the Court considers that unless the interim action is imposed on the decisions and actions of elected deputies of the Republic of Kosovo after July 27th 2025, any decision and action taken after this date until the tribunal's decision regarding demands could cause irreparable damage to the constitutional order of the Republic of Kosovo and the functioning of key institutions in the Republic of Kosovo.
