In its decision, the Court considers that unless the interim action is imposed on the decisions and actions of elected deputies of the Republic of Kosovo after July 27th 2025, any decision and action taken after this date until the tribunal's decision regarding demands could cause irreparable damage to the constitutional order of the Republic of Kosovo and the functioning of key institutions in the Republic of Kosovo.

Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kosovo has decided ex officio Temporary measure in cases of KO193/25 and KO196/25, i n parachuteGoldChoose a working directory of: Memli Krasniqi and 12 (Twelve) other deputies of the Republic of Kosovo Parliament and Hykmete Bajrami and 10 (ten) other deputies of the Kosovo Republic of Kosovo Assembly, against decisions and actions by elected deputies of the Republic of Kosovo after 30 (thirty) day deadlines, As defined in paragraph 2 of point 2 of the KO124/25 Act device.
The court, July 24, 2025, has unanimously ruled.:
I. BE CAKTOY ex officio The temporary measure through which every decision and action by elected deputies of the Republic of Kosovo over the Constituve Seanca after the end of the 30 (thirty) daily term, as defined by paragraph 2 of the KO124/25 Act device;
2 / 1 T Um... U n THROUGHING That MeasuresIt goes into effect on July 27th. 2025 in length until August 8, 2025;
3 / 1 Tʹ U n A THAT decision between the parties;
6 / 1 T Um... PUBLIZ this decision in the Official Journal, in accordance with Article 20.4 of the Law;
V. This decision takes effect on July 27, 2025.
