In the summer of 2023, incumbent Prime Minister Albin Kurti wished citizens for this project, which, he said, would be carried out at the end of that year.
“Autostrada Pristina HINA is becoming. It opens this year. Congratulations!”, Kurt wrote in a Facebook post, reports T7
