“During the election campaign we take no action except what may be necessary. You're sure that with greater responsibility, I'm sure he has not been invited by any tendency. We even analyzed it with prosecutors about whether to invite it or not. I've discussed with prosecutors that if we don't have a lot of reasons, let's not invite him. But the reasons my prosecutors gave have been such that his invitation has been inevitable. I guarantee it's never been done with any particular tendency. ”

When asked by KALLXO.com Why they didn't show up at Kurt's office to get the statement there, Isufaj said:

If he's a victim of a crime, if he's threatened eventually we have a problem, we go to him. Or if he's sick but none of these elements stay. Why make this exception?
Isufaj said the prosecution has also turned to the Court to force Kurt to the Prosecutor.

The prime minister in office, Albin Kurti, had declared that the invitation from the Prosecutor's Office was made in order for him to become international news. Kurti, in an interview in KTV, on 29.12.2024, accused Isufajan as “director of this”.
The Pristina court at 04.03.2025 had issued orders to Kurti to appear in the prosecutor to testify concerning the state reserves case.
