In the trial session, which was held Friday, in the case where Milun Milenkovic is indicted, Dejan Pantic, Miomir Vakiq and Aleksandar Vlajq, the defence and indictees in their final address have accused the prosecutor of insufficient investigation and unequipped indictment.
Aleksandar Vlajqi's lawyer, Milos Delevich, has said the investigation into the case is insufficient.
He has said that his client is accused on the basis of three trials, which, according to him, are unstable.
The accused Vlajic has said he agrees with his lawyer.
From the beginning of the procedure I only speak the truth and have nothing to hide. I have not committed these criminal acts, which I am charged with. I'm not involved, I haven't been in these attacks that occurred on this date. I wasn't part of the group, it wasn't the group itself and I didn't in any way help this group”, he said.
Lubomir Pantovic lawyer for accused Dejan Pantic has said the indictment is the result of “an investigation into a poor investigator, as a poor investigation, is due to the poor indictment”.
On July 2nd in the final address, special prosecutor Fikriye Feyzulhu said material evidence and the submitted evidence have proved the guilt of the accused, while stressing the importance of the merit punishment to prevent similar attacks.
