The CEC reports that all Kosovo citizens living abroad can apply to be registered as voters outside Kosovo to vote by post in the Local Elections for the Speakers of the municipalities and for Municipal Countries, which will be held on October 12th 2025.
Record application must be individual and can be made:
1) via CEC electronic platform https://diaspora.kqz-x.org or
2) via mail sending application to the CEC mailbox in Kosovo.
