This period will last 38 days, until 29 August, and the application can be made in two ways:
Through the CEC's electronic platform: https://diaspora.kqz-x.org
Through mail, submitting application to the CEC mailbox in Kosovo.
According to the announcement, the electronic platform will be functional with the beginning of the census period. Likewise, the CEC will publish detailed guidelines for steps to follow, necessary documents and criteria for application.
Unlike the general election, local voting elections abroad are conducted only through mail. The General Election Law does not provide a vote on diplomatic representation of this type of election.
The vote through the mail will take place from 17 September to 11 October, while election day in Kosovo is scheduled on 13 October. /Periscope
