The CEC reports that during the 38-day period (July 23rd), July 29th 2025) all Kosovo citizens living abroad can apply to register as voters outside Kosovo: via the CEC's electronic platform https://diaspora.kqz-x.org, or via mail, submitting the application to the CEC mailbox in Kosovo.
The electronic platform for registering voters outside Kosovo will be accessible for recording with the beginning of this period.
The CEC will publish all explanations of the steps to be followed for recording via platform or via mail, as well as information for the criteria and documentation needed for recording.
Meanwhile, the voting period through the post will begin on 17 September and end on 11 October 2025. This period will apply only to citizens who manage to register successfully as voters outside Kosovo during the July 23rd census period August 29th 2025).
