Hyseni also stressed that it was Hoti who signed Washington's agreement.
Hyseni has also commented on Osmani's statement, which said that he has interpreted US President Donald Trump's comments, but has expressed how he understood them.
The former minister has said that the possibility Osman has completely misunderstood is ruled out.
