Another Business Wins Case in Court Against Z RRE, OEK requires complete free market decision

Kosovo's Economic Oda has also announced a next decision, which has come from the Commercial Court in Pristina, through the indictment exercised by fellow OEK Bar Association “Seydiu & Cherini”, which suspends the ZERE's decision to free energy market for an Oda member.

“This ruling by the Court should serve as a strong argument for the ZERE to review fully and suspend the decision for all businesses to prevent harming free competition, business, citizens and the Kosovo economy”, OEK said.

For this reason, Kosovo's Economic Oda appeals to Z The RHR has <x0 out of emotion, professionally and transparently, abolish the decision to launch businesses violently on the free energy market”.

Also, OEK said that from Monday, through the Association of Lawyers “Sidiu & Kerin”, five other commitments will be published, which have also approved business requirements for the suspension of the ZER's decision.

Kosovo's “Economics Office remains committed to legal support of businesses and will continue with the establishment of indictments through its legal associates and the office of lawyers founded within OEK”.
