The contract, given by the Ministry of Infrastructure, has been won by the company “EU ROCOS HOLDING” S.P.K., owned by Ylber Shamllin, who has been selected winner in a negotiated procurement process. The value of the contract is 2,999,628.18, based on the announcement of the Ministry of Infrastructure published on the e-procurement platform.
The winning company selected by the Ministry of Infrastructure for the construction of these two bridges turns out to be close enough to Hysen Durmish's dostat company, “N. S.”Bagher”
The closeness with the company in question that the owner owns Bujar Shaban has never hidden Hysen Durmish. Even at the press conference, he said that he was a friend.
