It is now confirmed that the Kosovo Security Force teams have managed to find the lifeless body of 33-year-olds in Weyman Lake. May this be the last case of such an event, I want to express gratitude to the KSF, the Kosovo Police, the Firefighters, the search-saving teams and so on. It's a painful moment, but we thank them for their professionalism. The following actions, the operation ends here, now there are police procedures.”, Metaj added.
Meanwhile, the deputy director of police for the northern region, Veton Elshani, said the case is being treated as suspicious death and that autopsy by the Law Medicine Institute is expected to continue investigations. The body was identified by family members at the Red Cross facility.
