Following a host of investigative actions, carried out in co-ordination with the state prosecutor, evidence has been provided supporting the suspicion that two men and two women from the Urbanism Directorate and the Directorate of Cadastra and Gjakova, allegedly with their actions in 2018 and 2019, have illegally issued consents and decisions for pricing and carrying property to third persons, without knowledge and authorisation of legitimate owners.
Suspects have been interviewed in the presence of their defenders, the case has been initiated against them by misuse of official office or authority, and with the prosecutor's decision, the four suspects have been detained for up to 48 hours. /Periscope/
