A group of Albanians allegedly attacked the home of Italian Aurelio Valliant, who several days ago shot down the 25-year-old Albanian Rivaldo Russia during an attempt to rob the latter with his two countrymen.
According to Italian media, they have expected the night to fall, have carefully approached the apartment and broken a balcony, not to steal, but to look inside and see if Aurelio Valiante was still in that house.
Then they have left quietly, leaving behind only a clear trace of their presence, signs of injury.
The event took place in Foria of Centola, on the “via Carpine” street, the night after the shift of Aurelio Valliant and his family to a place protected by the police, after fearing the threat of Albanians.
Investigators don't rule out any leads. This gesture can be linked to the hate atmosphere that has been kindled on social networks.
For days, dozens of Albanian users have delivered revenge messages to TikTok, writing: “Gyak's blood news”, referring to the murder of the young Albanian man while trying to steal. Revenge warned on social networking may not only remain virtual.
Meanwhile, Vallo della Lucania's prosecution investigations continue and are currently three suspects. Aurelio Valliant, 58, is accused of gun killing; his brother, M. Valiante, 50, allegedly helped hide his body in a wine pot, then disguised with vegetation; as well as Juija Kurti, 27, Albanian resident of Acherra, considered one of Russia's collaborators, currently in serious health condition at the “Carardelli” hospital in Naples. Meanwhile, the third person involved in the robbery is still on the run.
The autopsy on the victim's body is learned to be still pending. The expert will be performed on hospital morgue “San Luca” of Vallo della Lucania and will have a crucial significance for the whitening of the event, especially to determine whether Russia was shot face or behind, a key element that could affect the legal assessment of self-defense.
A doctor-consulent of the victim's family, represented by lawyer Fabio Della Corte, will also be present in the autopsy./Periscopi/
