Responding indirectly to Haxhiu, Deliu writes that he would not deal with him at all if he were not the minister, naming him the poorest and most disabled in Kosovo's history”.
“Pass has reacted to MP Albulen Haxhiu. I wouldn't have taken care of it if it wasn't for the weaker and incompetent minister in Kosovo's history.”, writes Deliu.
