Qomi Governor Akbar Behnamjoo was quoted by state media as saying: “The cause of an explosion in a residential building in Parscan was not terrorism”, the telegraph sent.
Qomi's fire department director said four residential units were damaged in the Pardisa neighbourhood blast.
