I've decided to go out and use this speaker in the 50th time I tried to build institutions. Unable to do more, unable to use the constitutional institutions and use the situation of that community that has brought me here, I've decided that today, I've determined that with my right to speak, which is indisposed to me from time to time, not granting me the possibility of non-compliance of the Assembly”.
For me, this situation is unacceptable, I'm an MP, I have public and institutional responsibilities and I'm willing to take responsibility. I am here to exercise my authority, what I have, and I stand behind what I say”, Berisha said further.
He adds that he is not among those who allow trust-based votes to be misused.
I am urgently seeking that each of us call on our institutional and public responsibility, that we build institutions because Kosovo's damage is huge, he said.
Berisha stated once again that he is willing to vote on each candidate for mayor, but according to him, by open vote.
Obadiah: I'm looking for a solution to the remaining constitutional deadline
